Dr Wordsmith Takes Time For a Break !
After blogging for 6 years and with over 600 postings that received over 100,000 page views I am taking a much needed break from the keyboard. I am sincerely grateful and thank you for your interest over this time.
It's much needed since I am going under the knife in 2 days for a total knee replacement that will not only entail a comprehensive two week hospital stay requiring serious healing time thrown in with two months of ''residential rest''.
This free time from blogging and my practice will finally allow me to find time to make headway into my autobiography that has been frequently solicited by my family, mainly my nine lovely grandchildren.
I know I'll miss writing my insightful articles that my readers from over 25 countries read weekly but there's a lot of food-for-thought sitting in those postings that should keep you all busy to enjoy for a while. I'm proud to have this volume of work that has been helpful in giving people a different point of view from the overbearing Leftist agenda so often found in today's media outlets.
So now I will wish all the best for the new year and for those of you don't go for the political correct phrase, 'Happy Holidays'', I wish you a very MERRY CHRISTMAS. Let's hope we'll see more love and kindness and less hatred in the world so we can be more grateful that we live on this beautiful planet.

Fate of Christians Ignored: Obama was Arguably raised a Sunni !
Obama recently lashed out against the idea of giving preference to Christian refugees, describing it as "shameful." He loftily added, "That's not American. That's not who we are. We don't have religious tests to our compassion," but the public easily saw thorough the American president's BS.
Accordingly, the administration is still determined to accept 10,000 more Syrian refugees, almost all of whom will be Muslim, despite the fact that some are ISIS operatives, while many share the ISIS
worldview (as explained below).
Yet right as Obama was grandstanding about "who we are," statistics were released indicating that "the current [refugee] system overwhelmingly favors Muslim refugees. Of the 2,184 Syrian refugees admitted to the United States so far, only 53 are Christians while 2,098 are Muslim."
Aside from the obvious—or to use Obama's own word, "shameful"—pro-Muslim, anti-Christian bias evident in these statistics, there are a number of other troubling factors as well.
Nearly all
Syrian 'refugees' admitted to the U.S. are Sunni Muslims.
|
For starters, the overwhelming majority of "refugees" being brought into the United States are not just Muslim, but Sunnis—the one Muslim sect that the Islamic State is not persecuting and displacing. After all, ISIS—and most Islamic terrorist groups (Boko Haram, Al Qaeda, Al Shabaab, Hamas, et al)—are all Sunnis. Even Obama was arguably raised a Sunni.
Simply put, some 98% of all refugees belong to the same Islamic sect that ISIS does. And many of them, unsurprisingly, share the same vision—such as the "refugees" who recently murdered some 120 people in France, or the "refugees" who persecute Christian minorities in European camps and settlements. (None of this should be surprising considering that Al Azhar—the Sunni world's most prestigious university of Islamic law, which co-hosted Obama's 2009 "A New Beginning" speech—was recently exposed as teaching and legitimizing all the atrocities that ISIS commits.)
As for those who are being raped, slaughtered, and enslaved based on their non-Sunni religious identity—not by Assad, but by so-called "rebel" forces (AKA jihadis)—many of them are being denied refuge in America.
Thus, although Christians were approximately 10 per cent of Syria's population in 2011, they comprise only 2.5 per cent of those granted refuge in America. This despite the fact that, from a strictly humanitarian point of view—and humanitarianism is the chief reason being cited in accepting refugees, Obama's "compassion"—Christians should receive priority simply because they are the most persecuted group in the Middle East.
At the hands of the Islamic State, which supposedly precipitated the migrant crisis, Christians have been repeatedly forced to renounce Christ or die; they have been enslaved and raped; and they have had more than 400 of their churches desecrated and destroyed. Why doesn't the POPE speak out?
Obama's policies in the Middle East have directly
exacerbated the plight of its Christians.
|
Obama should further prioritize Christian refugees simply because his own policies in the Middle East have directly exacerbated their plight. Christians and other religions minorities did not flee from Bashar Assad's Syria, Saddam Hussein's Iraq, or Muamar Gaddafi's Libya. Their systematic persecution began only after the U.S. interfered in those nations in the name of "democracy" but succeeding in only uncorking the jihadi terrorists that the dictators had long kept suppressed.
Incidentally, prioritizing Christian refugees would not merely be an altruistic gesture or the U.S. government's way of righting its wrongs: rather it brings many benefits to American security. (Unlike Muslims or even Yazidis, Christians are easily assimilated into Western nations due to the shared Christian heritage, and they bring trustworthy language and cultural skills that are beneficial to the "war on terror.")
Finally, no one should be shocked by these recent revelations of the Obama administration's pro-Muslim and anti-Christian policies. They fit a clear and established pattern of religious bias within his administration. For example:
- When inviting scores of Muslim representatives, the
State Department is in the
habit of denying visas to solitary Christian representatives.
- When a few persecuted Iraqi Christians crossed the
border into the U.S., they were thrown in prison for several months and
then sent back to the lion's den to be enslaved, raped, or murdered.
- When the Nigerian government waged a strong offensive against Boko Haram, killing some of its terrorists, Secretary of State John Kerry fumed and called for the "human rights" of the jihadis (who regularly slaughter and rape Christians and burn their churches).
- More recently,
that prick bastard Kerry "urged Tajikistan not to go overboard in its crackdown on
Islam."
- When persecuted Coptic Christians planned on joining Egypt's anti-Muslim Brotherhood revolution of 2013, the U.S. said no.
- When persecuted Iraqi and Syrian Christians asked for arms to join the opposition fighting ISIS, D.C. refused.
- When the UN Security Council held a meeting to
discuss the genocide against Christians and other minorities, although
"many high level delegations from UN member states addressed the
Security Council meeting, some at the Foreign Minister level, the United
States failed to send ... a high ranking member of the State
Department."
Most recently, as the White House works on releasing a statement accusing ISIS of committing genocide against religious minorities such as Yazidis — who are named and recognized in the statement — Obama officials are arguing that Christians ''do not appear to meet the high bar set out in the genocide treaty'' and thus will likely not be mentioned. Simply disgusting.
The Way I See It......in short, and to use the president's own words, it is the Obama administration's own foreign and domestic policies that are "shameful," that are "not American," and that do not represent "who we are." I would love to write on billboards all across America under Obama's face ''YOU are not who we are.....get the Hell out of this country You traitor!''
Yet the question remains: Will Americans take notice and do anything about their leader's policies—which welcome Islamic jihadis while ignoring their victims—or will their indifference continue until they too become victims of the jihad, in a repeat of Paris or worse?
The Battle to Save the Planet May Come Down to Nuclear Advocates vs. Environmentalists
How frustrated would you be if you had a practical solution for a climate crisis that threatens to ravage the planet and unleash social conflict that will make World War II look like child's play, but nobody would listen?
Meet the lonely advocates for nuclear power. Here at the Paris climate summit, where the 50,000 attendees, split roughly into half official representatives and half activists, the politics have split Shock Doctrine style, to make the world a better place. The holy word of the activists has become "renewables"—never mind that renewables are still only two percent of the international energy needs and can't possibly scale up fast enough to solve the problem.
pretty much down the middle, too. You have the government folks who are dragging their heels, and you've got the climate activists who are focused on using the crisis,
pretty much down the middle, too. You have the government folks who are dragging their heels, and you've got the climate activists who are focused on using the crisis,
The idea of saving the world so it can go on being just as deranged and irrational—as human—as before is at the bottom of everybody's list. Except for these 12 people gathered around a dinner table at a lovely French bistro near the Bastille. They're coming from a few press conferences and heading to a screening soon, but none of them have eaten all day and most of them haven't slept in days.
Robert Stone is fuming about Bill McKibben, (dickhead on the Left) founder of the world's largest climate change activist group, 350.org. A lean and articulate man, Stone is the Oscar-nominated director of a pro-nuke documentary called Pandora's Promise. The movie tracks people who were passionate anti-nuke environmentalists until they realized that climate change was a bigger problem and the only practical solution might be the very thing they'd dedicated their lives to stopping. This small cohort includes famed counterculture figures like Stewart Brand (creator of the Whole Earth Catalog) and climate scientist James Hansen, famous for his 1988 announcement to Congress about the dangers of CO2. It also incudes Stone, whose very first movie was an Earth Day-inspired anti-nuke movie.
Gutless hypocrite Bill McKibben |
"I have friends who have talked to McKibben privately about this, and he knows that nuclear has to be part of the solution," Stone says. "But he can't say it publicly. He says it will split the movement." It's disgusting that Truth takes a big backseat to ideology.......bloody hypocrite.
A young French woman named Myrto Tripathi—whose interesting career took her from environmental NGOs to the nuclear industry, where she's the chief salesperson for French reactors—says the environmentalists have made the French ashamed of their nuclear power, even though it means that 60 percent of French energy is carbon-free. Assholes come in all sizes.
"But it's the thing they should be most proud of!" Stone laments.
Tripathi says it's gotten so bad, that when she went to parties and said what she did for a living, people her age would say how nice she seemed for someone who was "working for the devil." After a while, she started saying she was a florist.
The same thing happens in the States, Stone says. The big environmental lobbies are so anti-nuke that activists on the left are afraid to say anything positive about it. "It's such a bitter irony," he says. "Environmentalists are stopping progress on the greatest environmental crisis in history."
Sitting across from Stone is a sweet, enthusiastic woman named Kirsty Gogan, (left) another longtime environmentalist who started out as a grassroots environmental activist and eventually moved to a PR job at 10 Downing Street, the British White House. Her life changed last year, when she saw a screening of Pandora's Promise, drank an expresso martini, and went home to wake her husband at 3 AM. "Energy for Humanity was born that day," she says.
The purpose of the group is simply to promote awareness of Pandora's Promise. It's mostly her, plus friends and these 12 disciples. The reason the film hit her so hard is because she'd also done a stint in PR for the British nuclear industry, and got a chance to see their warts. "They're arrogant," she says. "Many of them don't believe in climate change. They believe in mastery over nature and scientific and government elites—the exact opposite of what environmentalists like."
In her PR job, she'd done extensive studies on how to communicate the advantages of clean nuclear energy. She found that most people didn't even know nuclear energy is carbon-free. But she also found that people don't really evaluate the technology so much as the values it's associated with. And nuclear was fatally associated with mastery of nature and elites. Armed with this knowledge, she created a "Low Carbon Alliance" that even got endorsed by the neo-Marxist mob Greenpeace and got unprecedented positive attention for the nuclear industry. But the politics had gotten so polarized, and the pro-nuke insiders so anti-left and anti-renewables, she wasn't sure the nuclear industry even wanted to make alliances. "When I walked into the office that morning," she says, "I genuinely didn't know if I'd get sacked or promoted."
What she saw in Pandora's Promise was a chance to change the conversation.
Tripathi jumps in, pointing out that tonight is the anniversary of the Bhopal chemical explosion that killed as many as 16,000 people. But somehow the chemical industry avoids the kind of mystic fear nuclear power does, despite a mere handful of deaths.
"Have you seen the new Jurassic Park?" Tripathi asks. This is her latest argument for the youth. Yes, nuclear is not the greatest option in the world. Yes, Fukishima happened. But when the guys on that private dinosaur island start coming up with freaky new dinos that get out of control, the only option is asking T-Rex for help. So the bad guy from movie 1 becomes the hero of movie 3.
"T. Rex is the old evil that fixes the new evil," Tripathi says, trying out lines.
The really horrible thing, from her point of view, is that the environmentalist campaign is actually starting to create more carbon. She experienced this personally while trying to sell a reactor to Sweden, a country that is perfectly carbon-free due to an ingenious system that uses nuclear power to pump water uphill so it can be used for extra carbon-free power. Pressure from the environmentalists killed the deal. Like stupid Germany, Sweden now wants to get off nuclear power. And how will they pump all that water? "With renewables," she says sadly. "Somehow. Like everyone other idiot."
Now they have to rush, leaving their meals half-finished and grabbing the last full bottle of wine to go. Stone has to get to a movie theater for a post-film press conference. Ten minutes later he's onstage.
"The film's been out two-and-a-half years, so I'm very happy to see a packed house," he says. "I
think we should just get into it." The questions start flying, and Stone falls into a debate with a hard-core anti-nuker who says the whole problem can be solved with "renewables and efficiency." Stone lunges in:
"Your scenario assumes dramatic declines in global energy use."
''Yeah," the anti-nuker says.
"But the UN projections say that global energy need will not go down. All of their estimates, even the lowest ones, are way above your assumptions."
He goes on: We're adding a new Brazil in energy use every year, and that's a good thing. Of course China and India want to raise their living standards, and we know that more education results in less population growth. It's easy to talk about reducing energy use if you're in Paris with lights and phones and flying in on a 747, not so easy if you're in a malarial village in Bangladesh.
And no study has ever been made by any government or other organization that shows how renewables and efficiency will power the world in time. Sure, it would be nice, just like Naomi Klein's dream of harnessing the movement to fight climate change to solve other social problems, and Stone is all for renewables and efficiency but is pragmatic.
The Way I See It.......environmentalists have their head up their asses making absurd claims like asserting that by 2030 “wind, water and solar technologies can provide 100 percent of the world’s energy, eliminating all fossil fuels” - a purely fantastical infrastructure plan that grossly exaggerates the output and reliability of solar and wind power and grossly underplays the coat.
The math doesn't add up. If climate change is a problem, it just seems insane to me that we don't throw everything at this including nuclear and even thorium reactors which could definitely be in our future if the environmental fascists don't get the upper hand.

Ann Coulter Puts Trump's Reality into Perspective !
For my best birthday gift this week, Donald Trump called for blocking Muslim immigration to the United States. If he throws in all immigration, it will be my merriest Christmas and happiest New Year ever. By contrast, the eunuchs running against Trump went mental.
Marco Rubio called Trump’s proposed moratorium on Muslim immigration “offensive and outlandish.” Rubio’s idea for stopping Muslim terrorist attacks on U.S. soil is something simple: Launch several wars to clean up the entire Middle East.
Chris Christie called Trump’s plan “ridiculous,” saying, “This is the kind of thing that people say when they have no experience and don’t know what they’re talking about.”
People with “experience” say things like: Walls don’t work and are “too expensive.”
Ted Cruz said he disagreed with Trump and instead would focus on “radical Islamic terrorism.” Cruz will have a lot more radicals to focus on if we keep importing a quarter million Muslims every year.
And these were the Republicans. The Leftist MSNBC acted as if the nation had come under terrorist attack (by a Muslim immigrant) with its round-the-clock, breaking-news coverage of Trump’s proposal, rife with images of dangerous demagogues from George Wallace to Hitler. Stalin anyone ?
People without real arguments call anything they don’t like “racist” or “unconstitutional.”
Trump’s proposal is neither — I won’t waste space mentioning 100 years of constitutional law and practice, but of course our country has absolute authority to decide who gets to immigrate here.
In the 14 years since Muslims killed 3,000 Americans on 9/11, this country has admitted another 1.5 million Muslims. So we’re xenophobic, bigoted racists if we don’t make it 2 million? Three million?
When will we have enough? How many murdered Americans is an acceptable number before we can shut off the spigot of Muslim immigration?
The amazing thing is that no one (except the American people) wants any pause in Muslim immigration — even after more than a dozen Muslim terrorist attacks on our soil in the last 15 years.
House Speaker Paul Ryan (photo left) announced that he will refuse to consider cuts to Muslim immigration, saying, “That’s not who we are.” How does ''a bunch of suckers'' sound?
Republicans are totally copacetic with Pew’s recent finding that white Christians are now a minority in America, but furious with Trump for suggesting we take a break from importing Muslims. Can we move them to Ryan’s district? According to Pew, only 11 percent of Muslims are Republican or “lean Republican.” They may not make the “best Americans” — as Ryan claims — but at least they’d vote him out and get rid of him.
The hysterical demand for never-ending Third World immigration has gone beyond the rich’s need for cheap servants and the Democrats’ need for voters. It’s a mass psychosis. Everyone acts as if Pakistani pushcart operators are the same as American blacks, and we’re required to bring them here to make up for the legacy of slavery.
Foreigners aren’t the descendants of American slaves! The rest of the world does not have a civil right to move here. We’re under no moral imperative to allow any immigration at all. We don’t owe citizens of other countries anything.
But as long as you brought it up: They owe us. America runs around saving other countries from tsunamis, earthquakes, pirates, disease, starvation, warlords, dictators, Nazis, communists — then their citizens show up full of grievances, as if we owe them.
Angry Muslims (when are they not?) have been popping up all over TV to denounce Trump and complain about anti-Muslim bigotry in the U.S. If they’d prefer a country with a larger Muslim population and no white devil oppressors, low-rent mud huts are available in any of about 50 Muslim countries around the world. First month free; after that, two goats a month.
In addition to the thoughtful policy objection that Trump is a racist, we’ve been treated to an endless stream of stunningly stupid arguments against Trump’s proposal. Fox News’ Dana Perino complained that Trump’s policy doesn’t “distinguish the peaceful from the radicals.”
Yeah, nor can our government asshole!
Given the devastation caused by only two Muslims in San Bernardino, eight Muslims in Paris, two at the Boston Marathon, one at a Chattanooga military recruitment center, one at Fort Hood, 19 on 9/11, etc. etc. — it’s really irrelevant whether “most” Muslim immigrants are peaceful little lambs. It doesn’t take a lot of them to create havoc.
I don’t know why we need any more, do you?
While it’s fantastic news that most Muslim immigrants aren’t terrorists, as Samuel Johnson said, “A horse who can count to 10 is a remarkable horse, not a remarkable mathematician.” We want remarkable Americans, not immigrants whose selling point is: “hasn’t blown anything up yet.” What’s the upside of admitting 250,000 poor, culturally back ward, non-English-speaking Muslims every year?
When are we allowed to talk about what’s good for America?
San Bernardino shooter Syed Farouk’s mother described his deadbeat father — the original immigrant — this way: “My husband is mentally ill and is on medication but is also an alcoholic and drinks with the medicine.”
Fantastic. So glad we got him.
The father, who has been here since 1973 — thanks, Teddy Kennedy! — told an Italian newspaper that he preached moderation to his son, saying it’s not worth fighting Israel, because Russia, China and the U.S. “don’t want Jews there any more.” In “two years,” he assured his son, “Israel will not exist any more.” So after four decades in American culture, these highly integrated, model immigrants are still clinging to their insane magic potion fantasies.
The senior Farouk didn’t come here to work in some highly complex technical field, like nuclear
physics or cell extraction biology. He’s a truck driver. So one American lost his job as a truck driver and 14 Americans lost their lives because of that deadshit Ted Kennedy’s 1965 Immigration Act.
How else have the 1.5 million Muslims admitted since 9/11 made our country better? Their massive welfare use? Overburdening our schools and hospitals? The machete attacks? The clitorectomies? The honour killings? The occasional terrorist attack?
The Way I See It.......currently, according to the latest reports, there are more than a thousand active investigations of ISIS in all 50 states. Here’s an idea: Instead of paying for an ever-expanding federal workforce to track, wiretap and investigate immigrants with possible terrorist sympathies, let’s stop bringing them in!
Beginning to sense the public’s fury, a number of Republican politicians have been trying to talk tough on immigration. This week, Trump proved that that’s all it is: talk, while he walks the walk!
Angela Merkel is not Doing Enough to Make Herself Unpopular !
A German proverb says: “The wise man voluntarily does in good times that which the stupid man involuntarily has to do in bad times”, and Angela Merkel has avoided doing anything in good times that might puncture her popularity. TIME magazine even had the audacity of putting on their front cover making her Person-of-the-Year!
Euro powerhouses France and Germany, along with Italy and Greece have a history of flirting with communism. Of course it’s a dangerous ideology to embrace in a modern world but somehow liberals never tire of experimenting with it. And the Eurozone was ripe for experimentation.
In a recently published book titled “The First Life of Angela M” the author suggests, “She has had deeper ties to the communist regime than previously known or acknowledged.” She has admitted being a member of the Communist Youth Organisation, and a photo has surfaced showing her in a communist uniform. But the book argues that she hid her real role in the youth group, instead depicting herself as someone engaged in “Cultural Affairs”... the truth is that her role in the Organisation was “Secretary for Agitation and Propaganda”, a role Australia's (thankfully) ex-Prime Minister, Julia Gillard appointed herself to in the infamous Socialist Forum when she undertook, via her own manifesto, to infiltrate the Labor Party in order to move it closer to communist ideals.
But one of Merkel’s defenders said that she (Merkel), “Couldn’t remember” whether she was involved in “Agitation and Propaganda” or not. Hmmm.
Merkel, like our present (left-leaning) Malcolm Turnbull, enjoys an unrealistic approval rating. Merkel’s approval polling is in the Putin stratosphere with over 70 per cent of voters believing the sun shines out of her back bottom but she is dogged by a peculiar accusation that also applies to Turnbull:
She’s not doing enough to make herself unpopular. But her grand unilateral gesture of offering 800,000 “Syrian” refugees asylum is starting to affect her popularity with rightist groups springing up like mushrooms as the endless lines of unknown and unvettable Islamic refugees keep coming.
Almost five million Muslims are already resident in Germany and all European Muslims, along with Australian Muslims, boast a consistent 80 per cent that receive unemployment benefits or disability pensions plus an array of other entitlements including, child foster care, early learning allowances and housing assistance.
Germans are rightfully starting to grow nervous. Polling now shows 51 percent now believes their country cannot manage the relentless refugee flow, in comparison to 40 per cent just four weeks ago. Even Merkel, in between having selfies with refugees, is now badgering other EU nations to shoulder some of the burden.
She doesn't seem to understand that Muslims will always gravitate to that part of the table where the sugar is thickest.Unsurprisingly Merkel’s popularity is starting to seriously tank— with a volatile third of all Germans now saying they want her to resign. Even more astonishing is that 14 per cent of her own Party also say they want her to go. So the rot is setting in for Angela as home-grown terrorism looks certain to rear its ugly head in Germany to an even greater degree. The deniers need only compare entrenched Islamic populations in Europe to contemporaneous terrorist activity.
Recently, there have been more than 500 racially motivated attacks including the fire-bombing of both empty and inhabited refugee centres, attacks on events for new refugees, and the destruction of churches and mosques that shelter migrants.
The socialist world refuses to see that Islamic immigration will inevitably lead to terrorist attacks on the accommodating nation... just ask the French, the Spaniards, English and the Belgians! But Parisian terrorism has had an unexpected upside for the hapless Socialist French President Francois Hollande. Unemployment is out of control and public debt has reached almost 100 per cent of gross domestic product. The European Commission is forecasting a further 0.1 per cent contraction to come in a nation already in recession after three out of four negative growth quarters.
"Hollande’s electoral platform was a disaster in terms of what could have been positives for the French economy", said chief economist of Axa Group, Eric Chaney. "The first decisions that were taken were taxes on labour, on capital, on capital gains...everything that could create value in the economy – so it should be no surprise that the economy is not doing well", he added. Only labour market reforms can reduce the 10.5 per cent unemployment rate but his diminishing electoral base is waiting to pounce if he dares touch sensitive IR.
His initial response to terrorism in Paris has gained him a few Brownie points but few believe Hollande will tackle terrorism seriously apart from bombing someone, anyone, in Syria’s north.
In Hollande’s France nothing will be done to halt the large swathes of Muslim neighborhoods that are now considered "no-go" zones by French police and electorally sensitive zones by Hollande. Police will not, and are not required to, enter these zones to clear out these "rats nests.''
There are now 751 (yep 751) Sensitive Urban Zones (Zones Urbaines Sensibles, ZUS), as they are politically correctly called. An estimated five million Muslims live in these ZUS, parts of France over which the French state has lost all control. I see a new revolution coming in 10 years when honest citizens have had enough of this infestation, even sooner as undoubtedly more terrorist attacks will anger every more citizens.
In Germany, where another five million Muslims reside, Chief Police Commissioner Bernhard Witthaut (photo right) revealed that Muslim immigrants are imposing "no-go" zones in cities across Germany at an alarming rate.
In the Netherlands, where over six per cent of the population are Muslim, a Dutch court ordered the Government to release to the public a “politically incorrect” list of 40 no-go zones in Holland.
In Britain, where over five per cent are Muslim, and where PM Cameron can’t get Parliament to approve of bombing ISIS, there has been a doubling of Muslims in ten years to almost three million. A Muslim group called “Muslims Against the Crusades” has launched a campaign to turn twelve British cities – including what it calls "Londonistan" – into independent Islamic states.
These so-called “Islamic States” will function as autonomous enclaves ruled by Islamic Shariah law and operate entirely outside British jurisprudence. The Islamic States Project names the British cities of Birmingham, Bradford, Derby, Dewsbury, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester, Sheffield, as well as Waltham Forest in northeast London and Tower Hamlets in East London as territories to be targeted for blanket Sharia rule.
Russia, which claims to have an extremely conservative figure of 14 million Muslims, mainly ethnic, is battling to defend Russian Orthodoxy against 5,000 mosques (a mere 500 in 1990) due to unchecked funds pouring in from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The Way I See It......once these Parisian Islamic atrocities have been dulled by time, like Charlie Hebdo and others, the Merkels and Hollandes will have sunk back into the Leftist cesspool known as the Euro disease of duckshoving blame for economic collapses and the rise in Islamic extremism.

What's HOT is the Warmists' Scam........Not Much of the Earth !
Garth Paltridge, Emeritus Professor at the University of Tasmania, a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science, and a former Chief Research Scientist of the CSIRO Division of Atmospheric Research has had a gutful of the manipulating of facts and then putting spin the rest. He writes:
Even as the climate-change establishment meets in Paris, its scam is much closer to surfacing than the heat they now insist is hiding in the deep ocean.
Prof. Garth Paltridge The general public learnt from the Climategate and “hockey-stick” scandals that activist climate scientists are quite willing to cherry-pick and manipulate real world data in support of their efforts to save the world. The scientists on their part have learnt that they can get away with it. Their cause is politically correct, and is shaping up well to be the basis for a trillion-dollar industry. That sort of backing automatically provides plenty of protection.
In the hothouse of the Paris conference, it seems that the climate-change establishment has not been careful enough in spite of their religious dogma.
First, it should be explained that global surface temperature has not risen significantly for the last eighteen-or-so years. According to theoretical models, it should have been rising strongly and continually as a consequence of human-induced emissions of carbon dioxide.
So in 2013, with the Paris conference already on the horizon, a frantic search began for some acceptable explanation as to why the world’s temperature has not been behaving as predicted. Very quickly a number of theories emerged, most of them based on the idea that natural fluctuations are hiding the heat of man-made global warming in the deep ocean. The beauty of the idea is that it allows for the lost heat to come back to the ocean surface at some future date and bite us all disastrously on the bottom. It also satisfies the need to be a fairly esoteric notion, thereby difficult to disprove.
Last June, in a major press release, the US National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) made something of a mistake. Having constructed new “adjustments” to some of the data on global temperature, it maintained that the 18-year pause is a result of nothing more than an error of data interpretation, and that the temperature has been going up after all.
The problem for activist climate scientists is that these latest NOAA adjustments are far from esoteric. It took only a few days for scientifically literate critics to spot all sorts of issues with the new analysis. Not the least was that the newly manipulated data do not agree with satellite measurements confirming existence of “the pause”.
The NOAA announcement, coming as it did so soon after bedding down the “hidden heat” idea in the mind of the public, may have confirmed for the man in the street that climate scientists are either guilty of playing too much politics or simply don’t know what they are talking about. or both.
The Way I See It......the man in the street has a good record of being right about such matters. Suffice it to say, the chairman of the House Science Committee of the US Congress has publicly asked for NOAA scientists’ internal e-mails and communications on the subject… NOAA has refused to supply them. This is not a good strategy by a government agency when dealing with Congress. It ... suggests that the agency really does have something to hide. The stoush is warming up quite nicely.
A Female Doctor in Munich, Germany, sends a Message to the World .. .. . . .
'Yesterday,
at the hospital, we had a meeting about how the situation here and at
the other Munich hospitals is unsustainable.. Clinics cannot handle the
number of migrant medical emergencies, so they are starting to send
everything to the main hospitals.
Many
migrants have AIDS, syphilis, open TB and many exotic diseases that we
in Europe do not know how to treat. If they receive a prescription to
the pharmacy, they suddenly learn they have to pay cash. This leads to
unbelievable outbursts, especially when it is about drugs for the
children. They abandon the children with pharmacy staff with the words:
“So, cure them here yourselves!” So the police are not just guarding
the clinics and hospitals, but also the large pharmacies.
We
ask openly 'where are all those who welcomed the migrants in front of
TV cameras with signs at train stations?' Yes, for now, the border has
been closed, but a million of them are already here and we will
definitely not be able to get rid of them.
Until
now, the number of unemployed in Germany was 2.2 million. Now it will
be at least 3.5 million. Most of these people are completely
unemployable. Only a small minimum of them have any education. What is
more, their women usually do not work at all. I estimate that one in
ten is pregnant. Hundreds of thousands of them have brought along
infants and little kids under six, many emaciated and very needy. If
this continues and Germany re-opens its borders, I’m going home to the
Czech Republic. Nobody can keep me here in this situation, not even for
double the salary back home. I came to Germany to work, not to Africa
or the Middle East!
Even
the professor who heads our department told us how sad it makes him to
see the cleaning woman, who has cleaned every day for years for 800
euros and then meets crowds of young men in the hallways who just wait
with their hands outstretched, wanting everything for free, and when
they don’t get it they throw a fit.
I
really don’t need this! But I’m afraid that if I return home, at some
point it will be the same in the Czech Republic. If the Germans, with
their systems, cannot handle this, then, guaranteed, back home will be
total chaos.
You
- who have not come in contact with these people have absolutely no
idea what kind of badly behaved desperados these people are, and how
Muslims act superior to our staff, regarding their religious
accommodation.
In
a hospital near the Rhine, migrants attacked the staff with knives
after they had handed over an 8-month-old on the brink of death, who
they'd dragged across half of Europe for three months. The child died
two days later, despite having received top care at one of the best
paediatric clinics in Germany. The paediatric physician had to undergo
surgery and the two nurses are still recovering in the ICU. Nobody has been
punished for this - what the ___ ???
The
local press is forbidden to write about it, so we can only inform you
through email. What would have happened to a German if he had stabbed
the doctor and nurses with a knife? Or if he had flung his own
syphilis-infected urine into a nurse’s face and so threatened her with
infection? At a minimum he’d have gone straight to jail and later to
court. With these people – so far, nothing has happened - WHY?
And
so I ask ... where are all those greeters and receivers from the train
stations? Sitting pretty at home, enjoying their uncomplicated, safe
lives.
If
it were up to me I would round up all those greeters and bring them
here first to our hospital’s emergency ward as attendants!
Then
into one of the buildings housing the migrants, so they can really look
after them there themselves, without armed police and police dogs, who,
sadly today, are in every hospital here in Bavaria.
The Way I See It.......where are all those foolish do-gooders now? According to a Morgan poll the majority of Australians are clearly concerned about Islam and 70 per cent believe Australia is worse off for Islamic immigration. The survey, completed in late October of 2013, found a majority (53 per cent) of Australians also want full face coverings banned from public spaces and 50.2 per cent want Islamic Shariah law banned all together. The latest polling in Australia indicates a majority of anti-Muslim feeling is on a sharp rise since the Paris atrocities.

Just Another Uninspiring Prince with His Head Up His Ass !!!
AT least give Prince Charles credit. He’s tried to stop tomorrow's climate talks in Paris from seeming a farcical irrelevance by bringing up so own idea that smacks of unscientific irrelevance.
Just think: some 140 world leaders and 40,000 delegates will gather to complain about the kind of gasses they just blew out the back of their jets.
They will pretend to save us from a global warming that’s killed no one, while 30,000 French police and soldiers guard them from Islamist terrorists who’ve butchered thousands.
That’s what our leaders have come to — moralising about a fantasy threat rather than tackling a real one. After all, where’s the world conference on Islamist terrorism?
Instead.....Prince Charles blames the rise of the Islamic State not on the filthy teachings in the Koran but man-made global warming:
2001:
The International Food Policy Research Institute warns that overpopulation and overstocking in the Middle East will make droughts worse:
Australian researchers predict global warming will actually bring more rain to key parts of the Middle East:
Syria gets a drought - like it so often does - albeit one more prolonged than most:
The drought ends, and Israel proves that rich and free societies can easily survive what poor tyrannies next door cannot:
We’re reminded that far worse has happened in Syria before, without man-made emissions being blamed:
In fact, the IPCC concedes there is little evidence that global warming (which has paused for 18 years) has brought more droughts around the world:
The harvest in Syria this year is again good, leading the United Nations World Food Programme to
plead for a ceasefire to let farmers bring it in and transport the food to where it’s needed.
2015:
More evidence that global warming is not causing food shortages but, if anything, record harvests. The US Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service has just reported that the world’s wheat production has just set “a new record” and world corn production “is up”. Rice production is only very slightly below the record harvests of 2013/2014. Corn production this year in Turkey, Syria’s northern neighbour, sets a record.
Similar picture from the International Grains Council of increasing food production in this era of “global warming”:
Conclusion: Prince Charles is a reckless scaremonger and denier of the science and should take his tweed jacket and bud-out!

Instead.....Prince Charles blames the rise of the Islamic State not on the filthy teachings in the Koran but man-made global warming:
The Syrian crisis that is spreading terror across the world was prompted by climate change, the Prince of Wales has claimed…
‘Some of us were saying twenty-something years ago that if we didn’t tackle these issues you would see ever greater conflict over scarce resources and ever greater difficulties over drought, and the accumulating effect of climate change, which means that people have to move. ‘There’s very good evidence indeed that one of the major reasons for this horror in Syria, funnily enough, was a drought that lasted for about five or six years, which meant that huge numbers of people in the end had to leave the land.’Let’s fact-check these claims:
2001:
The International Food Policy Research Institute warns that overpopulation and overstocking in the Middle East will make droughts worse:
2008:
Drought is a recurrent and often devastating threat to the welfare of countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) where three - quarters of the arable land has less than 400 mm of annual rainfall, and the natural grazings, which support a majority of the 290 million ruminant livestock, have less than 200 mm. Its impact has been exacerbated in the last half century by the human population increasing yearly at over 3%, while livestock numbers have risen by 50% over the quinquennium.
Australian researchers predict global warming will actually bring more rain to key parts of the Middle East:
The prospect of climate change sparking food shortages and water wars in the Middle East is less likely than previously thought, with new UNSW research suggesting that rainfall will be significantly higher in key parts of the region.2010:
Syria gets a drought - like it so often does - albeit one more prolonged than most:
2011:
The drought ends, and Israel proves that rich and free societies can easily survive what poor tyrannies next door cannot:
“Israel is no longer drying up and the severe drought ended two years ago,” Water Commissioner Alexander Kushnir told “Globes TV” today [October 2, 2013]. “We’re emerging from the drought, and the water sector has stabilized at a supply rate for the next 10-15 years.”2013:
We’re reminded that far worse has happened in Syria before, without man-made emissions being blamed:
The Akkadian empire flourished in the third millennium BC. Sometime around 2,200 BC drought hit, the lands dried and people migrated from urban centres. The government then collapsed, and the mighty empire began to falter in a series of calamities collectively referred to as the third-millennium Mesopotamian urban crisis.2013:
In fact, the IPCC concedes there is little evidence that global warming (which has paused for 18 years) has brought more droughts around the world:
In summary, the current assessment concludes that there is not enough evidence at present to suggest more than low confidence in a global-scale observed trend in drought or dryness (lack of rainfall) since the middle of the 20th century.... Based on updated studies, AR4 conclusions regarding global increasing trends in drought since the 1970s were probably overstated.2015:
The harvest in Syria this year is again good, leading the United Nations World Food Programme to
plead for a ceasefire to let farmers bring it in and transport the food to where it’s needed.
2015:
More evidence that global warming is not causing food shortages but, if anything, record harvests. Similar picture from the International Grains Council of increasing food production in this era of “global warming”:
The Way I See It.......and by summing up. There’s been no statistically significant warming for 18 years. No one is sure whether more warming will bring more rain or less to the Middle East. There is little evidence that warming of world over the last century has brought more droughts, although Syria had a bad drought that ended four years ago, before the rise of the Islamic State. Democratic Israel survived the drought without difficulty. Syria is much more vulnerable to drought with so many more poor farmers and livestock. Syria has had worse droughts before. World food crops are actually increasing. Those bastards in Paris should get their heads out of their ass and recognize the reality!
Conclusion: Prince Charles is a reckless scaremonger and denier of the science and should take his tweed jacket and bud-out!

A Lesson from Abraham Lincoln on Thanksgiving !
As an Ex-Pat, a number of American holidays still bring a warm glow of my childhood recollections growing up in that leafy suburb of New York City. And now as my compatriots enjoy the long Thanksgiving weekend I came across this insight into what this American tradition should mean.
Charles Lane (photo right) is a Washington Post editorial writer, specializing in economic policy, federal fiscal issues and business, and a contributor to the PostPartisan blog and here expresses Lincoln's thoughts.
Gratitude is nearly the opposite of grievance. Yet, despite the many reasons we may have to feel the former, our political institutions were consciously designed to protect, even encourage, the expression of the latter.
Of course, this right, exercised peacefully and with civility, is essential to freedom and self-government. When grievances multiply, and when groups begin to define themselves by them, however, division and instability grow. When politicians inflame and exploit mutually exclusive grievances for their own advantage, the system can begin to break down.
It’s frighteningly easy to start down this slippery slope, especially when people lose sight of the big things they all have in common, as the Constitution’s main author recognized long ago.
“So strong is this propensity of mankind to fall into mutual animosities,” James Madison wrote in the Federalist No. 10, “that where no substantial occasion presents itself, the most frivolous and fanciful distinctions have been sufficient to kindle their unfriendly passions and excite their most violent conflicts.”
Madison’s meditation is extra-relevant in this season of political discontent; a time when would-be presidents of the most prosperous and secure nation in human history are encouraging voters to think of themselves as victims of a “rigged” system — or demonizing everyone and everything, from the incumbent president, to Congress, to their Muslim neighbours, to the media, to “the billionaire class.”
An even more appropriate reflection for today, though, would come from the writings and speeches of Abraham Lincoln, who proclaimed Thanksgiving a national holiday in 1863.
In the midst of a ghastly and seemingly endless civil war, the 16th president nevertheless urged Americans to express their gratitude to God for “the blessings of fruitful fields and healthful skies,” and the “harmony [that] has prevailed everywhere except in the theatre of military conflict.”
The connection between blessing-counting and democratic stability was one that Lincoln had been pondering at least since one of his earliest published speeches , which he gave while a young member of the Illinois legislature to the January 1838 gathering of the Young Men’s Lyceum in Springfield.
Lincoln spoke at a time of frightening lawlessness on the American frontier, including the recent lynching in Alton, Ill., of an abolitionist editor, Elijah Lovejoy (photo right), by a pro-slavery mob during their attack on his warehouse to destroy his press and abolitionist materials. Lovejoy had condemned the earlier lynching of a black man accused of murder in St. Louis.
Condemning Lovejoy’s murder, Lincoln also alluded to violence seemingly unrelated to race, such as a massacre of white gamblers in Vicksburg, Miss. This implicitly reminded apologists for the attack on Lovejoy that no one was safe from the mobs. And it set up his broader point: that the violence was a symptom of waning gratitude for the American Revolution’s establishment of freedom and the rule of law — incomplete though it was.
Now that the revolutionary generation of political leaders had died out, he argued, a new one had arisen that took its ancestors’ achievements for granted — and sought power and popularity not by trying to make the country’s successful institutions even better, but by stoking grievances, real or imagined.
“There is no grievance that is a fit object of redress by mob law,” Lincoln told the Lyceum. And yet, he said, many an ambitious politician, seeing no easy opportunity to advance by “building up” the system, “would set boldly to the task of pulling down.”
The antidote, he argued, was national unity and renewed “reverence for the laws.” This should be based not on a complacent belief that “there are no bad laws,” — slavery was one — but rather on an overriding mutual interest that laws be impartially enforced and, when necessary, peacefully corrected.
The alternative, Lincoln prophesied all too accurately, would be division, instability and, ultimately, national “suicide.” No foreign military threat could “crush” the United States, he told the Lyceum, but “if destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author.”
The Way I See It......a quarter-century later, Lincoln’s Thanksgiving Proclamation did not address Americans as aggrieved victims, as it might well have done, but as citizens who must acknowledge their share of responsibility for the country’s predicament. It accordingly urged them to offer not only thanks but also “humble penitence for our national perverseness and disobedience.”
Today, be thankful that the conflicts, dysfunction and threats of our time do not equal those of Lincoln’s — but reflect on how far we still are from adhering to his wisdom.

When you think about it, Thanksgiving Day is a paradoxical holiday for a country such as the United States.
Gratitude is nearly the opposite of grievance. Yet, despite the many reasons we may have to feel the former, our political institutions were consciously designed to protect, even encourage, the expression of the latter.
The right to take a day off each November to count our blessings, between mouthfuls of turkey and stuffing, isn’t actually in the Constitution; but our right to “petition the government for a redress of grievances” is.
Of course, this right, exercised peacefully and with civility, is essential to freedom and self-government. When grievances multiply, and when groups begin to define themselves by them, however, division and instability grow. When politicians inflame and exploit mutually exclusive grievances for their own advantage, the system can begin to break down.

Just Another War We Chose to Ignore !
The crimes committed by the Islamic State (or the ‘death cult’ as Australia's ex-Prime Minister Tony Abbott likes to refer to it) are no worse than those committed during any other war except that, for the first time in history, a war is being fought using YouTube and highly professional production crews.
Yep, Islamic State is doing no more than presenting the world with coverage that no previous war correspondent has been able to. But Islamic State burns its victims alive, you say?
The US did the same with flame throwers thrust down foxholes in WWI and WWII along with napalm in the Vietnam war.
But Islamic State uses suicide bombers.
The Japanese used heavenly rewards for Kamikazes in WWII.
But Islamic State beheads its victims.
The Japanese beheaded many more Australians during WWII.
But Islamic State herds its victims into trenches before spraying them with automatic weapons. This was commonplace in European and Asian warfare. It was widely practised in the Chechen wars.
But Islamic State publicly hangs its victims.
The Allies, Russia and Germany did the same, hanging has been a part of all wars.
But Islamic State uses rape as a weapon of degradation against women and young girls.
Again a common practice in all wars.
But Islamic State establishes cells behind enemy lines in the West.
Espionage has been very much a part of all wars.
But Islamic State destroys the iconic landmarks of its enemies.
Hitler and the Allies did the same.
But the Islamic State intentionally targets civilians.
The Germans sunk the passenger liner the Lusitania and Lieut. Calley wiped out the entire village of My Lai.
But Islamic State uses religion as an incentive.
Let’s not go there shall we?
So what IS the difference? Well, this war is an undeclared war, a war where we refuse to publicly identify the enemy. It’s a war where we welcome the enemy on to our homelands and allow it to
build religious monuments to demonstrate its supremacy and to train its operatives.
We allow it to plan our demise and recruit members from our own citizenry on our own doorstep. We shower it with social welfare benefits and make it illegal for us to complain about it via racial discrimination legislation.
This is a modern PC war where the atrocities are identical but the usual retaliation doesn’t exist. Al Baghdadi’s handbook has coloured pictures instead of diarised notes to be pored over by vexatious politicians at a later date.
This is a war where war crimes are not concealed but boasted of.Islamic State as a fighting force should have been extinguished two years ago but we chose to ignore it. In those two years radical Islam has become an amalgam of hundreds of loosely aligned, often competitive, terrorist organisations that grow stronger daily.Ignoring this war has become the West’s biggest mistake yet.
Islamic State was allowed the time to force the “coalition” into an unwinnable guerrilla war. It infiltrated and terrorised Iraqi, Kurdish and Yazidi cities where it melded into civilian populations. We now need indiscriminate bombing that kills hundreds of civilians, in order to extinguish one Islamic State fighter.
.
Visions of Vietnam, yet this is a fighting force with no helicopter gunships, no air force, no navy and no satellite intelligence. It relies on utes that become undetectable in city backstreets. The tanks and equipment it stole from retreating US-supplied Iraqis have become useless, as desert warfare requires that everything from tanks to choppers have two hours’ maintenance for every one hour in service.
But they have had time to develop a sophisticated international network and for every hour the West refuses to confront them on the ground they sneak two hours ahead. The on-going Middle Eastern
migration into Europe carried ISIS operatives into many countries to stage terrorist attacks. Already the Paris massacre was an example of that and Belgium is today in a state of High Alert for an attack and police in Germany and Sweden hunt out more cells that have been augmented by this unprecedented migration.
In a matter of months now, al Queda splinter cells in the West will be directing drones laden with semtex to sports events and iconic structures including parliament houses. Airline pilots on final approach are already being met with trial runs of drones loaded with IAP glide slope co-ordinates. No need to fly airplanes into buildings now, this can all be done on a laptop from the safety of an unknown lounge room.
Did we really have to wait this long to identify a homeland threat? The Way I See It.....don’t expect Australia to confront an Islamic threat in Asia while it appeases relations with Indonesia and is allowing similar Islamic slaughter of thousands of West Papuan Christians next door. When the pubs have closed you can almost hear them screaming in Darwin.
This is an Islamic World War we have set ourselves up to lose if we don't get our new Prime minister, Malcolm Turnbull to stop waffling long enough to get serious about getting boots on the ground, if not, who have we left to sort the Islamic State out? ...the Iranians of all people! You know the ones who, with Obama’s blessing, are developing a nuclear bomb to blow Israel off the map for starters.
Bloody hell, this is a madness beyond belief! I’m going back to bed to try waking up again !!!
